Supersonic Wall Panel Co2 Calculations
Supersonic Wall Panel CO2e Emissions product stage / cradle-to-gate (A1-A3)
600 x 1200 mm = 3,88 kg CO2e
800 x h: 1200 mm = 5,17 kg CO2e
1000 x 1200 mm = 6,47 kg CO2e
1200 x 1500 mm = 9,70 kg CO2e
1200 x 1800 mm = 11,64 kg CO2e
1200 x 2400 mm = 15,52 kg CO2e
1000 x 1500 mm = 8,09kg CO2e
1000 x 2000 mm = 10,78kg CO2e
1500 x 2000 mm = 16,17kg CO2e
2000 x 3000 mm = 32,34kg CO2e
2000 x 4000 mm = 43,12kg CO2e
1000 x 1000 mm = 5,39kg CO2e
1200 x 1200 mm = 7,76kg CO2e
1500 x 1500 mm = 12,13kg CO2e
2000 x 2000 mm = 21,56kg CO2e

The front textile can be exchanged without affecting the acoustic core, supporting visual updates without replacing the panel.
Designed for Disassembly
Mechanical construction enables dismantling, repair and material separation. Frame, absorber and textile can be replaced independently.
CHANGEABLE FRONT TEXTILE
The front textile can be removed and replaced independently without disassembling the panel or affecting the acoustic core. This enables visual updates and surface replacement with minimal downtime, reduced material use, and an extended product lifespan.
84% Recycled Materials
Hydro CIRCAL 100R aluminium frame made from 100% post-consumer scrap. 50 mm acoustic core in 75% recycled PET fibres derived from plastic bottles. 100% recycled polyester canvas, supporting lower embodied impact across all primary components.
Verified Material Transparency
EPD, Möbelfakta, Oeko-Tex® and REACH compliance. Specification-ready documentation.
PINNABLE SURFACE
The Wall Panel features a soft acoustic surface that allows notes and lightweight materials to be pinned without compromising acoustic performance or surface integrity.
WALL OFFSET FRAME PROFILE
The wall offset frame profile compensates for uneven wall surfaces, ensuring precise alignment and a clean, consistent shadow line.
REINFORCED CORNERS
Integrated metal corner inserts ensure precise frame assembly and eliminate exposed or sharp edges, improving durability, safety, and overall finish quality.
Design for circularity
Mobelfakta Certified
The Supersonic Wall Panel range is Möbelfakta certified, a third-party validation of how we design and produce our solutions. The certification covers material choices, production methods, quality, transparency, and responsibility across the entire value chain. It reflects a structured approach to durability and documentation, aligned with the expectations of the Scandinavian market. Instead of being used and discarded, each element is conceived to be maintained, renewed, and ultimately returned to the loop.
ENVIRONMENTAL PRODUCT DECLARATION
At Akuart, we believe responsibility requires transparency. That is why we invest in comprehensive Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs) and have published a third-party-verified Environmental Product Declaration (EPD) for the entire Supersonic Wall Panel range, prepared in accordance with the international standard EN 15804 + A2.

Independently Verified
Tested by independent acoustic engineers at the Technical University of Denmark in accordance with ISO 354
Acoustic Performance: Class A
Achieves Sound Absorption Class A (αw 0.95 / NRC 0.95) when mounted directly on the wall, reflecting standard installation conditions.
Transparent Performance Data
Acoustic ratings can vary depending on mounting configuration, particularly when additional air gaps are introduced behind a panel. Declared performance is based on direct wall mounting, ensuring alignment between documented values and real-world installation, and providing reliable data for acoustic modelling and tender documentation.
Application & Distribution Criteria
Placement should follow acoustic calculation and room-specific modelling, with panels located on primary reflection zones and specified relative to room volume and function to meet defined reverberation targets.
